Zoning Hearing Board

Appointed by the Board of Supervisors, the Zoning Hearing Board consists of three regular members and two alternate members.  Their duty is to hear requests for variances or special exceptions as described in the Zoning Ordinance and act on these requests accordingly. Zoning Hearings are normally held the 1st Wednesday of the month and are always advertised as needed.
